Casa Del Mar is private, secure and located within the pristine, gated community of Mar Vista which has 24 hour security throughout. It is exquisitely designed to be the quintessential modern vacation home, with its large open floor plan and expansive windows, engulfing you in the Costa Rican sunlight!
We are within 5 minutes to world class beaches, golfing, sport fishing, snorkeling, sailing and horseback riding. And, don't forget Zip lining, another popular excursion Costa Rica is known for.

Use the clearly marked and maintained hiking trails from beginner to difficult levels in the Mar Vista Community for your daily workout. Or join Club Eldorado where you can engage in tennis or pickleball, keep up with your workout and weight lifting/cardio in an enclosed and air-conditioned gym, or take a yoga class or other programming at the open air pavilion with miles of ocean view. Club Eldorado requires additional fees based on renters' desired usage of different facilities (inquire with Tropical Homes on details). You can also unwind with lunch or dinner at the renowned Gracia Restaurant (with oceanview infinity pool & swim-up bar) located just above Club Eldorado. Also nearby, but outside of the community, are a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and medical facilities and just one hour away is the Liberia International Airport.

Though the interior of Casa Del Mar is quite comfortable, with plenty of room to relax in the expansive Great Room, featuring separate living room and sitting room areas, large family style dining, and fully equipped state of the art kitchen, its' best feature is our wall of large retractable sliding glass doors offering you the best indoor/outdoor lifestyle experience you could hope for during your vacation in Costa Rica.
You will want to spend the majority of your time on the expansive outdoor patio, mesmerized by the 180 degree ocean, beach and mountain views, and the breathtaking beauty of our Pacific sunsets! You can choose to take all the beauty in from our comfortable shaded furnishings, sip cocktails at the outdoor bar and barbecue area with TV, soak in the sun on one of our many chaise loungers or swim in the unparalleled 70 ft. Infinity pool with Hot Tub.

Offering 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths. There are 2 Master suites. First is the Casita, a detached private guest room with full bath, coffee & refrigerated beverage/snack bar and private patio. Second master suite has its own private bath and patio. The third bedroom offers 2 Queen and 2 Bunk beds- sleeping 6, also with a private bath. All bedrooms have breathtaking ocean views!
There's also a separate TV Room with Queen pull-out sofa, if you'd like to choose this as an additional bedroom for your group of 10 people.

The villa provides a laundry room, complimentary WiFi, Bose wireless sound system and Air conditioning throughout the whole home, TVs in each bedroom, and a master safe.

Our superb concierge, Tropical Homes of Costa Rica, is happy to plan fun excursions for you, if you so choose. They also offer additional services for an extra cost, e.g. pre-stock your fridge etc.
