• The studio itself is single-level, with no stairs required inside. Please note, however, that there are 20 stairs up to the shared BBQ area and plunge pool deck, and 69 stairs up to the parking area.
• Mar Vista is an active development — occasional daytime construction noise may occur.

Loved the peace of my own studio! Great wi fi, managed to spend a month working as if I was in Canada, yet walk the beautiful beach of Playa Flamingo, (just a 5 minute drive), before my work day started. Great restaurants close by for end of day dinsee more

Great wi fi, managed to spend a month working as if I was in Canada, yet walk the beautiful beach of Playa Flamingo, (just a 5 minute drive), before my work day started. Great restaurants close by for end of day dinner. Weekends were spent exploring the areas of Tamarindo, Playa Grande, Playa Conchal, Conchal, Las Catalinas and enjoying the facilities of Mar Vista. I had the most stunning sunsets eveyday for a month. Had a dinner to remember at Castillo de Lilo. Oh yes..what a blissful month!
