The beachfront outdoor living here is over-the-top good - there's no better outdoor space for a large group on the whole beach strip in Playa Potrero (guest review!).

• Walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants in Playa Potrero
• 3 km from Playa Flamingo (white sand beach) and its marina (dining and shopping)
• Tamarindo nearby - known for surf lessons, shopping, and nightlife
• Playa Penca and Playa Prieta, two beautiful, quieter beaches just north of Potrero, are within easy striking distance

While a car isn't essential for your stay at Casa Bella Catalina, we recommend renting one (or a golf-cart) - it makes spontaneous day trips, exploring nearby beaches, and grocery runs much easier.

• A refundable security deposit hold of $1,500 is required prior to check-in and will be released shortly after check-out, provided no damage is reported during your stay.
