• 5 bedrooms: 1 king suite + 4 queen bedrooms
• 3 bathrooms, spacious walk-in closet (master)
• Open-concept kitchen with modern appliances
• Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 1 Smart TV in living area
• Infinity pool, fire pit, BBQ, ample ocean view terrace
🏡 Casa Ayla B (Sleeps 4) – Separate entrance, no indoor connection between rooms
• 2 queen bedrooms (sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom)
• Bedrooms & Common Area are accessed from the terrace
• Fully equipped Kitchen, indoor & outdoor dining table, Smart TV, workspaces

• 10 min drive to Brasilito, Playa Flamingo, supermarkets & restaurants
• Other beaches are within a 15 minutes drives such as Playa Conchal and Playa Potrero
• Access to Mar Vista’s fitness center, tennis court and pickleball fields (all charged extra by the community), trails & renowned restaurant 'Gracia'
• Quiet long-term tenants occupy a completely independent unit with private entrance, located above the main house. This is their private space, and they do not have access to the home’s common areas.
Additional Information & Services
To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, toilet paper, toiletries (body wash, shampoo & conditioner), hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable). These items are provided as a starter supply.
Our Concierge Team is happy to assist you in planning your stay. We can help arrange car or golf cart rentals, tours and activities, private chef services, pre-arrival grocery stocking, special occasions, and wellness experiences such as in-home massages.

We rented the entire place for 18 of us. The house was perfect for our group to have time together and yet spaces for anyone who wanted some solitude. Location couldn't have been more perfect! Through out the week, the maid did a fabulous job of cleasee more
We rented the entire place for 18 of us. The house was perfect for our group to have time together and yet spaces for anyone who wanted some solitude. Location couldn't have been more perfect! Through out the week, the maid did a fabulous job of cleaning and straightening up. Fanny and Vladimir upstairs were fabulous and very helpful if we needed anything. The house has all the things you could ever need to make the stay comfortable. We would highly recommend this house to anyone.
