Casa Cazenovia can accommodate up to 11 people in total, making it an excellent choice for whole families or larger groups. The main house hosts 8 guests, with each bedroom featuring a private bathroom adorned with mosaic tiles, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The master bedroom boasts splendid ocean views and a luxurious king-size bed. Another bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom presents a bunk bed with a queen bed below and a single bed above, complemented by a single sofa bed.

In addition to the main house, the property features a separate studio in the basement with its own private entrance, perfect for a couple seeking privacy or those who wish to have their own private retreat. This studio includes a queen bed, a sofa bed, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette, providing a cozy sanctuary for those seeking their own space.

Beachclub Daily Entry Fees:

> Child Pass (ages 8 to 12): USD 15 + 13% VAT, with $10 credit for consumables. Children under 8 have free entry with limited access.
> Non-Member LC Pass: USD 30 + 13% VAT, with $15 credit for consumables. Reservations are required. Only accessible to guests staying within the LC community!
> Swim & Gym Pass: USD 20 + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am. Ideal for early risers! Hours may vary, and access is limited.

Parking is available at the Las Catalinas parking lot for an extra fee of $15 per night plus 13% tax (as of March 2024). Price is subject to change without previous notice.
