To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, toilet paper, toiletries (body wash, shampoo & conditioner), hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable). These items are provided as a starter supply.
Our Concierge Team is happy to assist you in planning your stay. We can help arrange car or golf cart rentals, tours and activities, private chef services, pre-arrival grocery stocking, special occasions, and wellness experiences such as in-home massages.

Important to Know
• A refundable security deposit hold of $500 is required prior to check-in and will be released shortly after check-out, provided no damage is reported during your stay.
• Access to the condo requires stairs, as the complex does not have an elevator.
• Parking for one vehicle on the Las Catalinas parking lot (distance 150 m) is currently free. As it's managed by a private company, this may change at any time to a paid parking lot without prior notice.

We loved Las Catalinas, the condo was excellent, with ample space, a well-equipped kitchen, and the place is exactly as shown in the photographs. The concierge, Teresita, was very cordial and helpful, always attentive and responding quickly. All the people at Las Catalinas are super friendly and helpful. We went to dine at Sentido Norte restaurant, which we highly recommend! The lobby guys arranged transportation for us to and from the restaurant, and we were super satisfied. The pool club is excellent, very comfortable, the food is delicious, we loved the whole place. We're happy to come back again.
