From the complex, it's an 8-minute walk (450 m) down the hill to Marina Flamingo with its restaurants, shops, and activities. Playa Flamingo's white sand beach is also close (650 m), perfect for swimming or enjoying stunning sunsets. A couple of stair flights lead from the complex garden to a semi-private, slightly rocky beach, for a more private experience.

Welcome to our stunning condo Presidential Suites 19!
It is located within easy walking distance of Playa Flamingo, Marina Flamingo, Playa Portrero, shops, restaurants, bars, rental cars, a pharmacy, and more.
You'll love our place: top floor amazing views (the pictures do NOT do them justice!), best beaches, amenities and 100 mbps internet! The condo building is located in small condo complex, VIEWS, nature & two newly renovated pools.

Please note the condo is by stairs and it is not accessible by wheelchair.
The condo is spread over two floors. The first floor features an open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas with amazing views over Playa Flamingo and Playa Potrero, and indoor/outdoor balcony area. The two bedrooms, full bathrooms, and laundry facilities are located on the second floor which also features an expansive balcony area.
