Steps away, you’ll find the exclusive Las Catalinas Beach Club with multiple swimming pools, a restaurant, bar, and fitness center. Access is available to guests with the following daily entry fees::

Child Pass (ages 8–12): $15 + 13% VAT, includes $10 consumable credit
Children under 8: Free entry with limited access
Non-Member LC Pass: $30 + 13% VAT, includes $15 consumable credit (reservation required)
Swim & Gym Pass: $20 + 13% VAT (7 am – 10 am access, subject to availability)

Situated in the heart of the community, everything is within easy walking distance — including the beach, restaurants, cafés, shops, and the Copper & Stone grocery store, which offers convenient access to high-quality essentials. For adventure lovers, nearby options include water sports, bike rentals, and scenic hiking trails.

Las Catalinas is a pedestrian-only town, meaning all vehicles are parked outside the community. This walkable design creates a peaceful and safe environment. The main parking area is approximately a 3-minute walk from the condo, and luggage assistance is provided at check-in and check-out.

As a growing boutique community, occasional construction activity may be present during daytime hours.

Additional Information & Services

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, toilet paper, toiletries (body wash, shampoo & conditioner), hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable). These items are provided as a starter supply.

This home does not offer cable or satellite TV; however, streaming is available via internet-enabled devices (Apple TV/Firestick) in the living room. There is no landline telephone service.

Our Concierge Team is happy to assist you in planning your stay. We can help arrange car or golf cart rentals, tours and activities, private chef services, pre-arrival grocery stocking, special occasions, and wellness experiences such as in-home massages.

Important to Know

• Access to the condo requires stairs, as the complex does not have an elevator.

• Parking for one vehicle on the Las Catalinas parking lot (approximately 350 m away) is currently free. As it is managed by a private company, this may change at any time without prior notice.

• The primary guest must be 21 years or older to book.

• This home is intended for responsible groups. Parties and events are not permitted.

• Smoking, vaping, and all tobacco use are strictly prohibited throughout the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas. A $500 deep cleaning fee may apply if this policy is violated.

• Pets are not permitted.
