I have never been more taken care of in my entire life. There was nothing more I could have asked for or wanted, but if I did, they would have made it happen. If you are second-guessing booking this home, don't. Book it now before someone else does. mehr anzeigen
I have never been more taken care of in my entire life. There was nothing more I could have asked for or wanted, but if I did, they would have made it happen. If you are second-guessing booking this home, don't. Book it now before someone else does. I would 10/10 return to this exact house. The chef, bartender, maid service, pool maintenance, and security guard all made our stay perfect. We didn't want to leave. And Magui, our concierge, made sure everything went according to plan. I can not give enough accolades to show how much we loved this vacation.

We stayed here with 11 people and had the vacation of a lifetime. The house staff was friendly and attentive. All the best treatment of a five star hotel with the privacy and seclusion of a private home. From the moment we booked, Maria and Magui helped us with all the details from transportation, to excursions and spa treatments at the house! Gustau and Moises did all the shopping and prepared delicious meals each day. The house was in an ideal location, on the beach with walking distance to small shops for snacks and beverages and a short drive to Las Catalinas and Tamarindo for browsing or shopping. Hemmingways was a great spot for lunch or drinks and just a short walk down the beach. The house was spotless and each room had its own bath. The staff cleaned the pool and our rooms everyday. We could not have asked for more and can’t wait to visit again!

This by far was one of the best vacations I've ever had! The Costa Rican hospitality is truly unmatched. The house was amazing and the views phenomenal. It 100% lived up to its posting. I truly appreciate the house staff the most. They made our stay mehr anzeigen
This by far was one of the best vacations I've ever had! The Costa Rican hospitality is truly unmatched. The house was amazing and the views phenomenal. It 100% lived up to its posting. I truly appreciate the house staff the most. They made our stay the greatest it could be. They were very accommodating and kind. They helped us navigate very well during our stay. The management team (Maria) was super helpful and provided prompt answers and help with questions we had. They gave us a personal tour of the home when we arrived and even worked with my boyfriend to plan a super sweet surprise for me on our arrival. The chef Gustavo was amazing! The food was always hot and delicious. The sous chef/bartender Moises was like one of the family! He kept our cups full and smiles on our faces. Beatriz and Leidi made sure the house was spotless every day! You would never know that there were 10 of us there. They even did OUR laundry! Guillermo kept the pool and grounds looking amazing and photo ready for our daily photo shoots, and Manuel kept us feeling safe and secure while we partied the nights away. They were easily like an extension of our own families. Man I wish I could keep them all! I would highly recommend this house a 100 times over! I plan to book again for a different season next year to experience more of what Potrero has to offer. Anyone who stays at Casa Taj will not be disappointed! Pura Vida!!!

Everything was wonderful and beyond our expectations. We had a group of 18 adults all different ages and everyone enjoyed the trip. The staff was wonderful, from our reservation contact to the pool person. The cook and assistant where fabulous andmehr anzeigen
Everything was wonderful and beyond our expectations. We had a group of 18 adults all different ages and everyone enjoyed the trip. The staff was wonderful, from our reservation contact to the pool person. The cook and assistant where fabulous and every meal we had was delicious. Potrero is a relaxing town and so easy to get around in golf carts. We had a catamaran excursion that picked up our group right in front of the house. We did some fishing and it was only a 15 min transport to the marina. The area had something for everyone in our group, from zip lining, having a drink at the local brewery or just relaxing at the house. The beach is public and one of the access roads runs along the side of the house. There was a small amount of traffic during the day, but nothing that disturbed our stay. There is a security guard for the house at night and he is very attentive. We placed a late pizza order one night and he came to the door before allowing the delivery. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a great time, and hope to return in the future. The house is beautiful, the staff exceptional, and the location spectacular. We ziplined, rode horses, kayaked, had massages, rode ATVs, went to the thermal springs, visited Las Catalina’s, and cmehr anzeigen
We had a great time, and hope to return in the future. The house is beautiful, the staff exceptional, and the location spectacular. We ziplined, rode horses, kayaked, had massages, rode ATVs, went to the thermal springs, visited Las Catalina’s, and celebrated our grandson’s birthday with ice cream, cake and a pinata (provided by the groundskeeper). The whole week was a huge hit! Tavo and Moises could not have been more attentive, and both housekeepers worked most of the day (although we really never realized they were around), making sure every comfort was met. I must admit I was a little nervous coming … we had never been to Central America before …. But the guard at night provided us peace of mind and we never worried about anything. Thank you for your help with our scheduling issues! We hate to leave.
